This is an interesting program that has been around for a while. The fact that it is not new says something to me. it says that the program works although i don’t know how well having never used it.  What is interesting also are  the points made by the company of the benefits that accrue to you, the user. I will get to those in a minute however here is a tiny excerpt from the company’s website that is a really a good explanation of why the HHO system works.
“ Browns gas ( the hydrogen/oxygen gas from the electrolysis) Adding Brown's Gas to the fuel/air mixture has the immediate effect of increasing the octane rating of any fuel … specially Low grade gasoline (what's called “Regular” or 87 octane in California) ignites faster than higher octane fuels. It takes less compression to ignite. This fact causes the gasoline to ignite before the piston reaches the highest point thus causing the familiar :ping: from low octane gas.   That is not a bad thing in fact it is a rather good thing from a number of points. First it is relatively inexpensive being only $47.00 whereas Water4gas used to sell their Manuals for $97.00 and you also had to build your own. Secondly the technology has moved beyond the Mason Jar Generator ( it still works don't get me wrong and will pump out at least 1 Liter of Gas per Minute) to the Dry Cell kits. More sophisticated and pumps out more gas for the 6 and 8 Cylinder Cars and Trucks. Third the only mixed drawback is if you don't have the time to experiment and build the unit no big deal because you will only have spent $47.00 and will have plans and information which you can use to have someone build it for you; so that is not so bad.
If you don't want to spend $189.95 for the Basic Starter Kit then the lesser amount means you can get into the HHO alternate fuels field for a very reasonable price

Pro Gas Saver SCAM?

Their easy to install ProGasSaver system uses a little electricity from your car’s battery to separate water into a gas called HHO (2 Hydrogen + 1 Oxygen). HHO, also referred to as Brown’s Gas or Hydroxy, burns smoothly and provides significant extra energy – while the end product is just water! HHO provides the atomic power of Hydrogen, while maintaining the stability of water.

They have taken this technology and simplified the process…making it very easy and affordable…to build and install…your own ProGasSaver system.
Water is used as a supplement to gasoline to power your car. In fact, very little water is needed! Only one quart of water provides over 1800 gallons of HHO gas which lasts for months and significantly increases your vehicle’s fuel efficiently, boosts engine power and performance, while saving you lots of money.
Thousands of people around the world have already successfully converted their cars, trucks and motorbikes to run on both water and gas, reducing fuel costs, car expenses and global warming! This is proof that this technology works and is here to stay! In fact, most industry experts believe that this exciting technology will be standard in most cars within the next 3 to 4 years. But why wait, you can install a ProGasSaver system for under $50 and start saving money today!
